Dataset and database licence
The open data exists, but the annual reports are hundreds of thousands of iXBRL files and the registers are separate bulk files, and the figures have to be reconciled and combined. We do that work for you: one cleaned and documented dataset you can load into your data warehouse, analytics tool or model.

Frequently asked questions
Where does the data come from?
From the open data of the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket) and Statistics Sweden (SCB), covering the business register and digitally filed annual reports, plus GLEIF (LEI). Data is refreshed continuously as the sources publish new data.
Can the data be reused?
Bolagsverket and Statistics Sweden open data may be reused with attribution. Terms for use in your product or for your clients are agreed in the licence.
Are annual reports available for all companies?
Figures are available for companies that filed their annual report digitally with Bolagsverket. This covers most smaller limited companies but not all larger groups, and the share grows every year.
What about personal data?
For natural persons we only provide the name and role of the annual report's signatories, as stated in the public document. Personal identity numbers, board and ownership details, beneficial owners and person search are not provided.
How much does it cost?
The price depends on volume and use case. Tell us what you need the data for and in what volume, and we will send you an offer.
Are other countries available?
Yes. The same solution is available for companies in Estonia (entity.ee), Latvia (entity.lv), Denmark (cvrprofil.dk) and Slovakia (icoprofil.sk). Data coverage depends on each country's open data. Several countries can be covered under one agreement.
